Join Our Therapy Team at Priory School, Croydon

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with autism and complex needs? Priory School is a welcoming and forward-thinking Secondary Special Needs school in Croydon, and we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their skills and experience within a supportive therapy team.

As part of our dedicated in-house Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) team, you will play a vital role in helping our students thrive. You’ll work closely with therapists to deliver targeted interventions, support both classes and individual students, and even deliver some training – all with the guidance and encouragement of experienced professionals.

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You’re interested in a career in OT or SaLT.

  • You have experience working in SEN education (or a keen desire to gain it).

  • You can work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with other specialists, including our Behaviour Team and Complementary Therapist, ensuring a truly holistic approach to supporting our students.

Safeguarding Statement

Where applicable, applicants with a provisional offer who have lived or worked outside the UK will be asked to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct.

If you are enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to be part of a team that transforms young lives every day, we would love to hear from you.
